In the heart of Florence, in the historic neighborhood of San Lorenzo, pay a visit (and why not a lunch break or dinner?) the first floor of the very famous Central Market has been completely restored .

Twelve of the most important food artesans will let you taste, buy and discover the Tuscan and Florentine food tradition, spacing from traditional bread to the well-known Chianti or chocolate. A food temple in 3000 square metres, overlooked by an elegant iron and glass 19th century vault.

In the Central Market, you can also find the kitchen of Lorenzo de’ Medici – open to the tourists, the wine-school of Luca Gardini, a book shop and a bank.

A restaurant, a pizzeria, a pub and a bar, books and an Eataly Corner. There are tables available that can welcome up to 500 people, where you can take your time to taste all the recipes offered.
You can also rely on an eco-friendly delivery service if you wish to taste these products at your accomodation.
The Central Market is open every day from 10 to 24, in the Piazza Mercato Centrale – Via dell’Ariento.
